<p>My friend applied to USC in November and his status still says open-still deciding even though he got a letter about 2 days aga saying that he won’t get a trustee/presidential scholarship, and that he should expect a decision late March/early April. </p>
<p>Does it take time to update or something? Why does he still have open-still deciding as his status?</p>
