Operation Jumbo (aka I didnt get into my ED school so i applied to Tufts ED2)

<p>wondering if anyone else has initiated Operation Jumbo yet.</p>

<p>dont get me wrong though tufts is easily like my 2nd fave school (after my ed school, brown, which i got deferred from)</p>

<p>but yeh has anyone else taken advantage of tufts ed2 option is all im asking</p>

<p>and if you have a better name for this besides operation jumbo which reminds me too much of operation dumbo drop then please share it</p>

<p>(btw jumbo = tufts mascot, so it has relevance)</p>

<p>What if you get in ED2 AND get into Brown regular? Wouldn’t that be kinda like a slap in the face?</p>

<p>I applied ED brown as well and got deferred, I’m applying to Tufts regular, haha maybe we’ll see each other</p>

<p>Yeah, Brown has done more to destroy higher education in this country than the Nazis could’ve ever hoped to have destroyed in their own. </p>

<p>Brown paved the way for the modern student and freed him from the oppressive chains of our Western Cultural heritage.</p>

<p>it would be a little lame but then again once i get into tufts im withdrawin all my other apps, and since ed2 notification is sooner, i guess i would really never know if i got into brown</p>

<p>btw, i do like brown more than tufts, but it wouldnt really be a slap in the face, id consider it like a pinch on the cheek or somethin</p>

<p>Ironically, I’m applying to George Washington EDII and Tufts regular.
Although I’m doing this because I doubt I’m getting into Tufts, and I’m more familar with GWU.</p>

<p>Actually, to most people, Brown>Tufts. Although Brown surprisingly has a very poor endowment seeing as it was established in 1764.</p>

<p>Boston easily > Providence though.</p>

<p>breaking news: i just switched my status from ed2 to rd…so im officially puttin operation jumbo out of effect in my life…reason being cuz i got a scholarship to another university and ,from where i am financially, its somethin i dont want to forgo and tufts said they were cool with it and my interviewer said that was a smart thing to do</p>
