Opinion on submitting multiple SSAT scores

Hello all,

Not sure this is a normal scenario, DD got a 96% in her first attempt but was not convinced with her prompt. So she took the test again and scored exact same score but with a better prompt. When i look at both the prompts, i am equally impressed. Is it okay to submit both the scores so that AO’s get to read both of them Or does it send a wrong message to the schools? TIA

What’s the message she wants to send? Because the message I receive is “I’m an overachieving perfectionist who needs to be the best at everything,”

Aside from her being in for a world of hurt is accepted, since odds are she won’t be the best at everything, that’s probably not how she wants to be seen by admissions

Put more simply, just pick one and send it.

The primary purpose of the writing prompt is for admissions teams to see how your child writes when their work isn’t being edited by parents, teachers, mentors, etc. Whichever one demonstrates that skill will be just fine.

It is fine to send both.
