<p>You mean public universities in very small, Eastern, more or less irregularly-shaped states?</p>
<p>I have not looked at the numbers but would expect to find a relatively high percentage of OOS students at these schools, just because the states are so small. That might affect the atmosphere in a positive way. Hard to tell. The U Vermont campus looks nice from pictures I’ve seen.</p>
