Optional Information Question

<p>I’d like to explain a low grade in a class – would that be best in the optional section? </p>

<p>If so, the FAQs on the mymit web account say “If you want to explain unusual circumstances or provide additional information, please use the space provided in the second “Completely Optional” field on Section 7 of Part 2.” But when I look at the application, it seems like the optional section is Section 9. Is section 9 the correct session instead for this instead?</p>

<p>I would probably do that in the interview rather than the additional info section, since in the interview you have more of a chance to explain yourself, and you don’t need to worry as much about wording.</p>
