Oregon State Ecampus vs Umass Amherst

Hi,

I am transferring from community college with a 3.4 GPA and I am thinking of Oregon State Ecampus and Umass Amherst. I’m majoring in computer science and would like to stay in Massachusetts. Are they comparable for Computer Science; which is better?
