State college (Oregon State University) is Safety school. Trying to see which ones are better than state (from future opportunities point of view)

What are you asking - for school names ?

What do you seek in a school - size, weather, environment (urban, rural), geography, and more but most importantly - what is your budget ?

If you’re a full pay family, we can find you schools ranging from $20k to $90k plus. That’s where budget comes in. Some are ok spending while others are not.

You are right, reversed GPAs and yes looking for School names.
Should have categorized as match-me for UCs
chance-me for for ED UPenn or ED for Carnegie Mellon
