Orgo at Northwestern

<p>ok i hear that this class is insanely hard for premed students. i am attending northwestern in the fall.
two questions

  1. is it true that nu accepts credit for orgo classes taken at harvard over the summer?
  2. how do nu premed students place in medical schools?</p>

<p>NU doesn’t accept orgo credits from any university. You have to take their version of it. The quality of med school you get into is based off your own performance. I do believe that the average is around 85% acceptance into med school the first application.</p>

<p>As another poster pointed out - NU won’t accept credit for the Harvard course, meaning you can’t count it towards your graduation requirements, but you CAN use the Harvard course to fulfill your orgo requirement when you apply to medical school.</p>
