<p>why does 1st quarter orgo not have a lab portion? don’t you need a “year” of orgo lab for premeds?</p>
<p>you’ll do a year of lab but, unfortunately for you, that means doubling up and condensing the experiments into two quarters. the 210 students should still have “dry” lab first quarter, which includes some sort of computer modeling, while the ISP (212) students are using the orgo labs. that’s just how the department runs it nowadays. </p>
<p>don’t worry about not getting your pre-med requirements out of the way though.</p>
