Osama Bin Laden is dead?

Is this true? Sunday night announcement still not happening, but moments from now. Comments?

CNN says 3 sources confirm. The president will speak in a few minutes.

Waiting for the press conference to start… as soon as I saw there was a Presidential announcement coming at 10:30, I figured it was that. D is watching ABC, says that is what they are saying.

Apparently a US missile got him one week ago and they just confirmed the identity by DNA. Several kids on my Facebook page are very amused by the timing of the announcement (during Donald Trump’s show) :)

Unfortunately, there are/will be many other faces of global terrorism that we need to be worried about.

I’m thinking the actual announcement won’t happen until 11:00 EST.

Imagine how this could change things here in the US: economics, terrorism, these ongoing wars. Wow, this could be big.

Any way to watch this press conference online live?

At this point it is mostly symbolic, but still big… I don’t know how it would change US economics. And unfortunately terrorism and the ongoing wars are not going to stop because if it. Still feels pretty good, though.

Tell your molecular bio students to be proud of their major. DNA rules!

If this is true, we should be worried about retaliation from bin Laden’s people.

New York Times website will be streaming it when it starts. And Politico has it. Not started yet, though. Politico is at least showing the sound check at the podium :)

Yeah, I’m so looking forward to going through the airport security tomorrow!

True, but they’ve already been out to get us for years. Although mostly symbolic, I hope this news will boost the morale of our country.

Today is the 8th anniversary of 'Mission Accomplished".

Seeing mixed reports whether it was in Afghanistan or Pakistan. CNN says A., ABC is saying P.

For anyone who wants to watch online… it begins at 10:30.

It was supposed to start at 10:30 ET… so 40 minutes late now. I will stay up and wait.

I am staying up also… big news.

18 years since the first WTC bombing.

Crowds outside the White House are chanting “USA USA”
