<p>I turned down UMR (university of missouri-rolla) which had been my goal since 7th grade. but as soon as i went to NASS, i knew navy was the place for me.</p>

<p>declined the university of chicago. i had two life tracks planned…go to uchicago, major in ancient middle eastern languages, become an archaelogist and a huge hippie. or go usna. how far i have fallen lol.</p>
