<p>No. You don’t even have to list it on a resume. Why would it matter? If you go to the local community college and then transfer into a state university, you get a diploma from the state university and you write the state university on your resume. The only effect it might have is if you become uber-famous and someone rights a biography on you and then some other famous person with the same background as you says, “Oh wow, I had no idea you went to X university. I went to X university too. Did I tell you about a job opening at my company?” It might help you if anything.</p>
