<p>Hi~ I have a few questions about adding another recommender </p>
<p>1) Does anyone know what’s the format of the additional reference letter? Is it going to be a form to be filled in or just any letter from the recommender? </p>
<p>2) How much would the additional letter help? Can it have a negative influence if it is not really a glowing letter? </p>
<p>I am thinking about submitting a reference letter from a volunteer place. They have a set format for letters: stating my hrs, brief introduction of their organization and then they talk about some of my strength, I am not exactly sure what they would consider my strength to be… How much would this help? </p>
