<p>I applied to Caltech EA. What schools should I research/apply to if I get deferred? (I’d like schools with a strong math department.) I’m already considering MIT and Harvey Mudd, and also need a safety. My application is quite good (4.0, 2390, #1) and includes research, several low-level olympiad awards, and (possibly) mediocre essays.</p>
