<p>Okay I have YET to do the whole loan entrance exam thing. I mean, no problem…I’m gonna pay off the first payment by August 15 but I don’t want that message still hovering when I haven’t completed that loan stuff to accept them.</p>

<p>Hopefully…no. My parents set up an individual bank account for me, and then they put money into it, and whatever money I get from my job, or whatnot. You should set up your bank account and get a credit card with a low limit to start building credit.</p>

<p>You can get a bank account when your 4 years old. I think the min, without a parent cosigner, for a savings account is 13-14.</p>
<p>Stupid me…I knew that (especially since I have one of my own with thousands of dollars in it). I just didnt know if minors were “authorized” to send payments…</p>
