<p>Hey, sorry if this thread wasn’t placed in the right forum. My community college doesnt offer the degree I’m trying recieve, but other community colleges in my area(still out-of-district)do. I’ve been told by a friend that since my district doesnt offer it I should be able to go about getting in-district fees. So I’ve been looking through google etc. over the past couple days and havent found anything. I live in Illinois, so is there anyway to get an in-district fee if my community college doesnt offer the program I’m looking for? Thanks for any input.</p>

<p>Exchanges like the one you’re describing are very common, but if you want to find out whether there’s an exchange program in place at the college that interests you, so that you could enroll in the program you want at in-county rates, you need to pick up the phone and ask the people who work in admissions at the college that interests you. </p>
<p>Googling and asking strangers on the Internet can sometimes be a good way to get general information, but to get an answer to a specific question about a specific program at a specific college, you should really just ask the people whose job includes answering that question. Because, really, no matter what opinion I give you from my living room here in Maryland, the only answer that will count for anything is the one you get from the people at that college.</p>
