<p>Maybe the lower UCs and Cal states. Very tough to get into many of them OOS. Top Cal privates are out.</p>

<p>I’d say Irvine is a slight reach for you considering out of state and you’re probably going to go into the engineering school. Cal Poly SLO and Pomona may be options as well.</p>
