Out of state Chances?? plz help

I am from Arizona…but I am really looking to go to ucsd
Is it really tough to get in for oos??
Here are my stats and maybe you could give me an idea of my chances
3.9 gpa
1950 sats
4 years of football
4 years of baseball
director of best buddies
key club
National Honors Society
Whole bunch of other E.c.s</p>

<p>Also do I need to take SAT II’s??</p>
