<p>Lately I have been thinking about the problems in our economy, on how bad it is, and it seemed like going to college is almost impossible. Especially living here in California, they’re about to pass a legislation called “California Dream Act” where illegal immigrants can have a federal aid. Just think of it, we’re already suffering from budget cuts and students who don’t pay taxes will get free money from the government? I think it will make a competition amongst us students in getting grants/aids. So, what are some other countries that does not have a messed up economy/government? I hope I did not offend anybody, because honestly I’m an immigrant myself, but I just think that the government’s action should be justified.</p>
<p>It’s more like, people who live in California and pay taxes in California, regardless of immigration status.</p>
<p>Of course, no one wants to fix the US immigration system which makes legal immigration too difficult and illegal immigration too easy.</p>
