Out of state engineering schools

<p>I live in Texas and I was wondering if anyone could name good publics out of state for engineering that give aid to out if state. I have a 3.5 unweighted gpa and a 2210 on the SAT. I know about some good out of state engineering schools but am unsure of they give financial aid to out of state. I know that my in state is great for engineering but am looking for back ups. Thanks! </p>

<p>Someone will probably tell you that you can roll in a tide of scholarship money a few states east… you might also find a pile of scholarship money on a bison, panther, bulldog, tiger, or rattlesnake.</p>
