<p>There are relatively few outside scholarships for transfer students and it is generally not possible to change residency while attending school in a state. The best option is usually to see if the school you’re transferring to has any merit aid for transfers or upperclassmen, sometimes these are available university-wide and others are offered through various colleges within the university (eg. School of Engineering).</p>
