<p>How many kids at A&M are out of state, and do they usually fit in well/easily?</p>

<p>About 4.6% of the undergrad population are non-Texas residents, about 1600 people. I’m from Texas, but from the people I know that are from out of state, they don’t mind it too much, I imagine most kids from out of state are just like most freshmen, a little nervous, a little scared, but for nearly everyone I’ve met, things work out well at A&M</p>
