<p>I’m pretty sure there is a program that provides in state students with scholarships based on a combination of GPA and SAT scores. Does the same program apply to out of state students?
Also, for general admission, does Rutgers superscore? or does it only look at M+CR?</p>
<p>well superscoring and looking only at M+CR are different. Your superscore is your best M + CR combined no matter if they came from different tests. M + CR is …well, self-explanatory. Rutgers does both</p>
