Out-of-State Transfer chance

<p>Does anyone know where I can find the statistics for out-of-state transfer admissions?
I have 3.96 GPA and have done undergraduate research. What are my chances?</p>

<p>Go to [University</a> of California: StatFinder](<a href=“http://statfinder.ucop.edu/]University”>http://statfinder.ucop.edu/) and
click on “Custom Tables,”
then “Undergraduate admissions rates and counts by applicant term,”
then “All transfer students from any college or university,”
then “Fall” and select the “Year” (most recent stats are 2009),
then “All applicants,” then pick the campus, then “Admissions rates and counts,”
then “Complex table (shows two or more applicant characteristics at a time),”
then pick three characteristics (you are probably interested in “Region of home location” which gives you the stats by geographic location, “Intended field of study,” and “Prior college GPA”).</p>

<p>Those three characteristics will generate a table that gives you per campus admission stats by geographical location (you will be under “Non-California Domestic”). </p>

<p>Look for the group of fields most closely related to your major in order to find the admit rate by GPA range.</p>
