<p>Hey Guys and Gals,</p>
<p>I am going to a public University and I will be an OOSS. I have lots of friends at my high school and in my local area, none of which are going to my college. I’m not shy at all, I’m just wondering how OOSS are accepted at public Universities. Any advice or insight is welcomed.</p>
