<p>I’ve found that Haverford Outdoor Club (HavOC) is quite popular.</p>

<p>HavOC does organize week long backpacking trips at fall and spring breaks, as well as weekend hiking, skiing and rafting trips throughout the year. The nice thing is that you can make the student activities whatever you want them to be with substantial financial and material resources available per student.</p>

<p>Philly’s Fairmount Park is the largest municipal park in the country and has a lot of hiking trails and biking paths for day trips… if your time allows. </p>
