<p>I am a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and a current graduate student who is at the University of Rochester for a institute on suicide. I must say that the university has impressed me a great deal. All of the faculty I have met seem top-notch and the facilities are very impressive (granted, most of my time has been in Psychiatry, but nevertheless). It is impressive enough that I will definitely consider working here sometime in the future should I ever be lucky enough to have the opportunity. I just thought I would stop by and let you know that the university has impressed me!</p>
<p>Thanks Irish. My daughter applied sight unseen and was accepted and will be attending. It’s good to hear your “outsider” positive opinion. We will be visiting the end of June so if anyone wants us to check on anything let me know. We will give our feedback as well for prospective UR students.</p>

<p>Like rgmom’s daughter, my D applied and was accepted. D has visited campus (UR flew her out for an interview in March) --but I haven’t!
I’m looking forward to seeing everything during Parent Orientation in August.</p>
