<p>At my school we cant do counselor reports and stuff online, so I sent it by mail bout… 5-6 weeks ago, and that’s currently the only thing thats missing from my file.</p>
<p>So, how much longer should I wait until i should start getting concerned about it? I really wouldnt want something like this to affect my changes of course.</p>
<p>I had the same problem. The website said they were still organizing things into proper student files, so the penn portal site might say you’re missing something when actually, you’re not, they just haven’t gotten to organizing your file yet. I called Penn yesterday because mine’s also still missing, and sure enough, they told me that they were still processing applications. Apparently, if it’s still missing till the end of the month or beginning of february, that’s when we should be worried and call the admission office to see if anything should be re-sent.</p>
