over-enrolled c/o 2011?

<p>Has Dartmouth overenrolled the class of 2011 like it did with the class of 2010?
Or did it drive down the acceptance rate alot to compensate for a yield that was expected to be high?</p>

<p>Wondering because I’m thinking about applying for a transfer to Dartmouth and maybe also Williams. I was waitlisted as a freshman.</p>

<p>The '10s were not over-enrolled, but the 11’s were. In addition to a few extra Frosh on campus, Dartmouth also has a new admissions dean and staff, so it would be hard to predict what the acceptance rate will be.</p>
