Has anyone had good results from these? If so, what brands? How do they compare to professional treatments?
Crest White Strips seem to work well for me. Look for a coupon, as they’re expensive. I’ve never tried a professional treatment, though.
I have the professional trays…purchased about 6 months begore Crest strips came out. My boys do the crest strips and they work well, but they dislike them. I bought the more expensive ones that adhere to your teeth better, and they said they liked them much more…about double the cost though.
Crest White Strips work. They can make your teeth sensitive for a few days, but the sensitivity does wear off.
I keep some leftover strips in the house. If I have a special event, I sometimes touch up on the day before.
I got the trays from my dentist but didn’t feel like they worked that great. ??

My dentist recommended Opalescence Go 15% which I bought from her for $50. I just found it on amazon for $45. This is for 10 treatments. This worked better than the White Strips for me. My teeth still look good 8 months later, but I think I may do another ‘round’ in the spring. $50 each year for white teeth works for me!
I had the trays made 15 years ago and the bleaching gel works well. The trays stretch over time and have to be made up again, but not as expensive as initial molds.
I tried the Crest strips once but did not like wearing them while I was awake. Our dentist said my boys can use their retainers with the same bleaching gel I use, but they are not interested in bleaching their teeth.
The gel does make my gums sensitive, but the bleaching helps combat the iced tea and soda discoloration.

I had the trays made a number of years ago but my teeth have shifted and they don’t really fit anymore. The Crest Whitestrips, which I buy for a reasonable price at Costco, work the same IMHO and cost a lot less than getting trays made at the dentist and paying for Opalescence. I use them about every six months because I drink a lot of coffee. I wear them in the shower and while I’m getting ready in the morning. I hate wearing the trays at night etc.
There are so many people roaming around with really white teeth. Do you suppose this is from Crest strips or perhaps those whitening booths that used to be in every mall. Do those work?
Lots of people have veneers nowadays.
