<p>Just wondering- if a college over-enrolls, would it be more aggressive with rescinding offers of admissions as senior year transcripts come out?</p>
<p>Could be… You have to take the university’s resources into account though. A university of 40,000 can handle an over-enroll much easier than a college of 2,000.</p>
<p>That could explain why some people with 4th quarter C’s are not rescinded some years while other years people with B’s will get warning letters and the like.</p>
