Overlap of topics for transfer essay

<p>There are two questions on the transfer application that appear to have a bit of overlap:</p>

<p>X. Tell us what makes Stanford a good place for you.</p>

<p>Y. Please provide a statement (250 words minimum) that addresses your reasons for transferring and the objectives you hope to achieve.</p>

<p>Would anyone be kind enough to point out the difference(s) between these two questions? I don’t want to sound repetitive.</p>

<p>second one asks WHY are you transferring from your school, and what you think are the advantages to transfering to a better school, like stanford</p>

<p>They are similar, but im sure you can make em each unique :D</p>
