<p>Sending something “overnight delivery” on docufide (an online transcript service that sends transcripts electronically and through the mail) through the mail (obviously) prompts the question: “You are sure that the college accepts overnight delivery.” (with a check box next to it) </p>
<p>Are there some colleges that do not? why wouldn’t they? I could find no information about this online.</p>
