<p>Heck yeah man. I’m in the same boat, overseas and all-- and a lot of the kids here apply ED, too. Overseas means that we just have to mail our stuff slightly earlier (if it’s by snail-mail; but the internet is a fantastic thing, and thank goodness a good majority of the college process is now available for processing via internet). SAT scores should definately be in before the deadline for ED, but if you have to take the SAT IIs also, I think you might be pushing the envelope a bit.</p>
