P/NP and UD classes.

<p>I was talking to a counselor and I was going to take my internship class as a P/NP and she mentioned that because that is a P/NP, she is unsure if I will get any credit towards my Upper Division requirement. </p>

<p>Is this true? Can someone post a link that clearly says if P/NP is taken, the class won’t count towards my UD requirement?</p>
