DD1 graduates this spring from HS. We completed her Fafsa a few days after it opened in Nov. At a finance night at her school, parents were told by a PHEAA rep that once the Fafsa is complete, the student will get a link from PHEAA to complete that application for state grants. She has not gotten anything yet. Since this is the first time doing this process, I don’t know if that is because our SAI on Fafsa was too high and she will not be eligible for PHEAA, or if they are just really slow to send things (I did read that PHEAA was very slow making first semester payments to colleges this year). For what its worth, we are not eligible for Pell grants. But I don’t know what the income caps are for getting a PHEAA grant. If any PA resident has input to share, please do!
Have your student check their spam folder, the email comes from NoReply@grantus.pheaa.org. I would also encourage your D to ask her HS counselor if they know anything about this year’s timing.
If stil no email, I would contact them here:

Thank you, I did call today. Updating here for any other PA residents. Was told that they just started looking at Fafsa info for Fall 2025 students and if my student hasn’t received the email (that includes a link only good for 24 hours!) by end of March to call back. When I asked when we will be notified if we get anything she said “definately by the time classes start in the fall probably”, lol. So, guess I won’t be counting on any Pheaa grants as we are making decisions about which school to commit to.
