<p>Has anyone else had packages recorded as delivery confirmed, but Yale Station can’t find or doesn’t know anything about the package?</p>
<p>No, but we did have a couple of problems with lost or opened mail when D1 was getting mail there. I can’t say for sure if it was at Y Station or somewhere else along the way.</p>
<p>It is not uncommon for the delivery confirmation to occur a day or two before the package seems to be available to the student or their PO Box. That happens almost every time I ship anything to my son. They are probably scanned once dropped off at the PO but a clerk then needs to sort them out and either put in the PO Box if it fits or leave a notification. How long have you been waiting after the confirmation?</p>
<p>We “lost” a coat I had shipped from LL bean this year. Their site showed it as delivered, but my son never received it. Of course, being LL Bean, they sent him another one when I told them about the problem. Then, about 3 months later, they called to tell me that they had just gotten the original returned to them. No idea what happened, or where it was.</p>
