Band is an EC that you should definitely mention. It takes quite a bit of time and makes for a more well-rounded individual.
With a nod to what @lookingforward wrote, when you write your essays you will be called upon to answer all these questions with the goal of presenting yourself to the admissions committees as a complete package.
Honestly, just list the activities that you spent the most time in. You don’t need to overanalyze. Leadership positions are good! I mean, maybe don’t list that one club that you only participate in once a year, but as for the rest of your activities - go for it. On the Common App you have space to describe the activity (150 characters), so make sure to explain why you do what you do.
Thanks for the advice guys. I would go to my gc but she never helps and she doesn’t know anything about OOS colleges and what they look for.
