Does the page 217 have to be true? Can I pretend I lived in the 1910’s?

I don’t see what it accomplishes for you to pretend to live in the 1910’s. How will that let the admissions committee see a better picture of you?

the interpretation is up to you. however way you interpret the question should reflect some aspect of who y ouare. if it does, then hey, pretend you live in the stone ages for i care. if you say, feel like your hunter qualities, your aggressiveness, and your tendency to kill any moving animal in the wild, then yes, pretend you lived in the stone ages to focus on that part of your personality.

a potentially very good and tempting topic to handle, but poorly done and it;ll just end up being another boring essy for the adcom to read. use it wisely.
