Pam Johnson Apartments

Dear Sirs/Madams,

I am writing to kindly inquire about the quality and benefit-to-cost ratio of Pam Johnston Apartments. I have heard from a few sources, whom I cannot reveal, that they are no so great.

Your help in the matter is greatly appreciated.

I think they’re more expensive than they’re worth.

you have to hound her to get things done. she’ll send her guys in to paint your house with all of the windows closed and NEVER tell you. she’ll do random house tours without letting you know, so head’s up - in the fall, no illicit things should happen before 6pm. she’s a tight-fisted **. she’s loaded and there’s a reason she is. she’ll charge you like crazy and you better take pictures of everything before you move in just in case. her houses are just barely held together. the tables suck and she has *ty couches that stick to you in the summer. she doesn’t treat her tenants as humans, just ATMs. watch out for her contract - there are definitely loopholes in her favor/you sign over a lot of your tenant’s rights.

yeah. i was not a fan of her as a landlady. no one in my house was. there’s a reason why she has her reputation and there’s a reason why almost everyone i know who rented from pam johnston switches after a year.

^ really?! i know a housefull of people in her “nicest” house who really like it… i was going to go tour some places tomorrow =/

i was in one of her “nicest” houses last year. she’s horrible. my new landlady is SO much better.

My daughter and her friends were scheduled to go see some of her houses.

They wanted to go tour them on a Saturday and they were told she wasn’t available so they scheduled it for the Sunday instead.

Well as it turns out, another group of girls from the same Sorority called a couple days later and were told they could go see the house on that Saturday and ended up renting it, leaving my D and her friends out in the cold, so to speak.

I think that kind of sets the tone right there.

worked out for the best since she and her friends ended up renting from Lambrou instead, which I have since heard from many that he is awesome and he has been awesome.

I have heard many, many bad things.

LOL Pam Johnston? She may or may not burn in hell, but you certainly should avoid the hassle of dealing with her crap.

She sure does have the nicest burgundy blouse though.

el oh el. yeah… tours proved it’s not worth it :(

any suggestions on anywhere else though? i’ve looked at a bunch of places and there doesnt seem to be anything worth the $$. my biggest issue is parking though cause that adds another $1500 - 2000

Try this company.

[Welcome to Lambrou Real Estate](http://www.lambrourealestate.com/index.html)

They were great to my D and her 3 friends. Don’t know what they have left though and some of it is pricey while some isn’t.

She just turned in her parking contract today and it was only $1,100 for her spot on Eddy St right in front of her apt. I can’t believe I just said “only” $1,100. I’m still trying to figure out what in the world she needs a car for.

I would say check craigslist, but Pam Johnson spams her listings on there every single day so you can’t really even find the other listings.

My son rented a large house from her a few years ago & last year rented from another large owner and didn’t have problems with either. They both are business people & have their set leases & regulations.

Yes, the rent was high (location was great) & the apartments & furnishings were nothing great. The location is really what you’re paying for & the kids don’t care as much about the rest, as long as the basics are there.

The lease was a typical lease, & like all 14850 leases, written in favor of the landlord, but not offensive. It really didn’t differ from the lease he signed with the 2nd landlord. I don’t think they had any issues with Pam & getting work done. In the end, there was probably only about $70 taken off the security deposit for a hole 1 kid made in the wall. With 8 guys in a house, I can’t complain.

It’s funny when you drive around now, esp around Highland & see Pam Johnson’s for rent sign on EVERY house. It reminds me of the board game Monopoly. I wish I were Pam Johnston!!
