Pardon an elementary inquiry?

<p>The midyear report asks for both the GPA (w or uw) and what its respective grading scale. If my school has a typical 4-point scale but I put in my weighted GPA, do I call it a 5-pt. scale??</p>

<p>I think so. except at my school the highest weighted GPA anyone can get (the reason is complicated) is like a 4.5 so I noted that.</p>
