I’m transferring for my junior year to TAMUCC. When I tried to apply for a parent plus loan the site told me that people applying for that school had to wait until June 1st to apply. I have never had this happen and am wondering if it is a normal thing or if I should contact financial aid
Yes, the school can choose a date to begin processing applications - thus leaving you with the June 1st date to begin applying. If you are concerned about the date for any reason, follow up with the school’s financial aid office.
