Parent Refuse to Pay Tuition

Full tuition scholarships like at UA may not be enough, since the remaining cost is often $12,000 to $15,000, which is quite a stretch for a student to self-fund through work earnings (and federal direct loans if the parents are willing to fill in the FAFSA).

But the OP’s stats would qualify for some automatic full ride scholarships at other schools, so that the remaining cost would be much smaller and more possible to cover through work earnings.

However, if the parents still refuse to pay, then the OP may not be able to afford any four year schools to transfer to after two years of CC. Also, that would mean living at home, which may not be ideal if the OP and parents are drama-prone even if the parents are willing to continue subsidizing the OP living at home.
