Not a new situation, but one that is getting more attention as school district officials these days are more apt to press charges and demand payment from parents whom are caught fraudulently enrolling their kids in a school district. Reasonable people support parents whom seek to escape from lousy schools, but by no means should lying and fraud be condoned. We all know this has been going on for ages.
