D26 has returned home after her 4week art program in Ireland. She had a blast (who wouldn’t 
). I am waiting for her to recover from jet lag and get back into the swing of things before doing a full on debrief of everything!
She unfortunately lost weight while there- we knew that she probably would (she has ARFID so her picky eating goes beyond just picky eating!) but it was still a shock to see her scrawnier that usual. They had a chief at this program that prepared really awesome meals- but for D26- it was wasted-lol.
That was the only negative aspect-everything else was great!
So glad to hear that they are set up for an awesome experience at this program!!
My husband is also an Engineer, and we too have our expected preconceived stereo types.
I have come to learn that within the engineering groups- that each seems to have separate stereo types that usually hold true ;-). System engineers seem way more introverted than say Civil engineers… lol
