<p>Okay. There are multiple parking lots at Rice but as a rising freshman, you will likely end up in West Lot, which is over by the football stadium. You register before you arrive and on move-in day, your college coordinator will have your parking materials available for pickup. As long as you park in your assigned spot you’ll be fine.</p>
