<p>Should I complete it or not? One of my college choices sent me an email saying “Complete Part I of the Application Now.” I was planning to apply RD to this school, but I’m not even sure if I will until after the EA/ED letters come. Should I even waste the money or should I just wait? Will it make any difference?</p>
