<p>I am a graduate student of linguistics at USC.</p>
<p>I am looking for native speakers of American English (18 years of age or older) to participate in a study on how people understand language. Participants must have no known learning, visual or hearing disabilities, and must have normal or corrected-to-normal vision and hearing. Participation is voluntary. </p>
<p> You must be a current USC student to participate. </p>
<p>If you choose to participate, you would be asked to do simple language-related tasks, such as filling in missing words and answering questions about sentences.</p>
<p>The study takes about 40 minutes, and participants will be compensated at the rate of $10/hour. The study is conducted on campus and participants can arrange to come at a time that is most convenient for them.</p>
