<p>Just make friends with someone who smokes cigarettes. Not that I’m saying that everyone who smokes cigarettes smoke marijuana, but you are bound to find at least one person who does both.</p>
<p>And, I never heard about Rutgers having a rep for partying every night. Maybe among a certain group of people who make up < 1% of the pop . . . and who most likely don’t go to Rutgers anymore . . .</p>
