Should we be concerned about Lehigh’s party school reputation?
It is always good to ask a lot of questions. We did, and so do a lot of potential students and parents.
Lehigh has strong Greek Life and there are a lot of parties. When we were making college decisions, we viewed the strong Greek Life as a positive for Lehigh because, by asking questions, we developed the impression that the Lehigh President, administration, and campus police are committed to ensure that Lehigh is a safe environment for students. I still have that impression.
I think that Lehigh is a excellent choice for top students who make responsible decisions about when they have time to go to parties with friends, and when they need to get assignments done.
